Is Plot9 suitable for vegans & vegetarians?

Yep! All our products are 100% vegan certified, with absolutely NO animal products (or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives). Plot9 can be enjoyed by everyone for simple meat-free meals, inspiring us all to embrace more epic veg!

HOW DO I COOK PLOT9 MEAL POTS?

Remove the cardboard sleeve and pierce the film lids on both pots. Place the larger pot into the microwave first for 1 minute (800w), then swap for the smaller pot and heat this one for 45 secs.  Peel back the lids, pour the portion of rice or pasta into the larger pot, stir and dig in!

ARE PLOT9 PRODUCTS A FULL MEAL SOLUTION?

Our meal pots contain a balance of protein, veggies and carbs to offer convenient meal solutions that are all under 350 kcals per portion – great for lunch or as a filling hot snack to keep you properly fuelled through the day!

IS YOUR PACKAGING 100% RECYCLABLE?

All of our cardboard is sustainably sourced and fully recyclable with paper waste. Our plastic pots are also recyclable but currently the film lids need to be disposed of separately amongst your regular waste stream – this is something we are ABSOLUTLEY working to improve as new materials come available for testing.

What is a plant-based diet?

Basically any diet that focuses around foods derived from plant sources. Including fruit, veggies, pulses, legumes, grains, nuts and meat substitutes such as soy products.

IS PLANT-BASED JUST FOR VEGANS?

No way! Eating more epic veg is good for all of us - including vegans, veggies, pescatarians, flexitarians and meat-eaters alike.

I WANT TO TRY EATING PLANT-BASED, WHERE DO I START?

As with any big change to your diet, the trick is to start slowly. You can simply focus on introducing more meat-free mealtimes each week. Plot9 pots are ready in 2 mins, perfect for a quick and tasty meat-free lunch any day of the week – with zero compromise on flavour! As you build your confidence, you can then start to experiment further, introducing more new and delicious plant-based recipes to your routine.

Will I get enough protein on a plant-based diet?

Absolutely! Plot9 meal pots deliver natural sources of protein directly from plants, with up to 12.5g protein per serving! Making sure every lunch you have with us is both delicious and nutritious.

Will a plant-based diet help me lose weight?

At Plot9 we do not see plant-based eating as a ‘diet’ or weight loss tool, we simply believe in maintaining well-balanced nutrition through more varied plant-based meal choices! Each pot is less than 320 kcals and counts towards 1 of your 5 a day, offering filling meat free meal solutions that are zero compromise on taste!
